Introduction into Systems Thinking

This workshop builds the fundamental knowledge of seeing System Dynamics and the participant will learn System Modelling. Systems Thinking is also a key to the idea of owning instead of renting about organizational design, because it has tools to help people talk about, reason about, and visualize organizational systems. As a consequence, they arrive at their own insights about a system and its dynamics.

It is a key cornerstone for a Learning Organization to understand those system dynamics. Read more about Systems Thinking in Large-Scale-Scrum here.

The highly interactive workshops start with an introduction to the theory followed by a series of exercises. This presence workshop lasts 1 day and allows up to 20 participants to work in small groups. The workshop is also possible online with up to 12 participants.

A systemic approach to Continuous Improvement

This workshop focuses on the topic of Continuous Improvement in teams, organizations, and companies by exploring how to get better at current processes and ways of working by using the A3 method in combination with Systems Thinking and the Toyota Kata model.

What differentiates a “traditional” compared to a “high-velocity” learning organization? How does Deming’s PDCA look alike in those firms? What does it mean to improve with a systemic approach and why is this important? What is the role of experiments? In order to make this workshop even more meaningful and interesting for you:  we will examine your own improvement areas in this workshop!

This workshop lasts 1 day and allows up to 25 participants to work in small groups. The workshop is also possible online with up to 15 participants.
